PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic method for cultivating leaf vegetables with zinc content higher than existing ones.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hydroponic method for cultivating leaf vegetables using a generally formulated culture solution for hydroponic culture. In this method, leaf vegetables are cultivated in a culture solution with a zinc content higher than the generally formulated culture solution only for a specific period before harvesting. In the culture solution with high zinc content, zinc sulfate is dissolved and adjusted to 2 ppm to 10 ppm. In addition, the specific period of cultivating the leaf vegetables in the culture solution with high zinc content is 3 to 10 days. Furthermore, the culture solution with high zinc content may further contain glutathione at 2 ppm to 50 ppm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
