The invention relates to a disposable syringe in which the needle, due to the movement of the plunger, is contained inside the body of the syringe after use. The syringe includes a chock mounted in an opening on the front of the body of the syringe, with stops that limit the axial movement thereof. The portion of the chock on the inside of the body of the syringe ends in a frusto-conical section with an oblique step. Said frusto-conical section interlocks with a step provided in an opening of the syringe plunger. The other end of the chock has a cavity with a throat which houses the head of the needle. Once the plunger pulls the needle inwards through the chock, the oblique step causes the latter, and thus the needle, to shift to one side relative to the opening, leaving the needle offset from the opening and unable to emerge to the outside.Jeringuilla desechable.La jeringuilla incorpora un taco axial (6) montado en un orificio del frente del cuerpo principal (1) de la jeringuilla, con facultad de desplazamiento axial hacia el interior y hacia el exterior, limitado ese desplazamiento por un resalte perimetral (9) y un resalte anular (10) establecidos en el taco. La parte del taco axial (6) que queda en el interior del cuerpo principal (1), se remata en un tramo tronco-cónico (7) con un escalón oblicuo (8) susceptible de enclavarse en un escalón (5) de un orificio de doble diámetro previsto en el émbolo (2) de la jeringuilla, mientras que el tramo externo del taco axial (6) presenta una cavidad (11) con una garganta (12) para alojamiento y retención de la cabeza (15') de la aguja (15). Una vez arrastrada hacia el interior la aguja (15) por parte del émbolo (2) a través del taco axial (6), el escalón en funciones de tope (8) de éste origina un desvío lateral del mismo y por lo tanto un desvío de la aguja (15) que queda desfasada respecto al orificio, sin posibilidad de emerger al exterior.
