The present invention relates to a method of storing and using a sterilization solution maintaining the content of oxidant including hypochlorous acid. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of storing and using a sterilization solution, which comprises a step of preparing a solution of pH 4.0-7.5 containing salt a sterilization solution producing step of electrolyzing the solution to produce a sterilization solution containing residual chloride including hypochlorous acid in the solution a freezing step of freezing the sterilization solution to make ice and a transfer and storing step of transferring or storing the sterilization solution formed in an ice form by the freezing step.
