PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin external preparation for skin of an emulsion dosage form having a low viscosity and thereby excellent usability in spite of containing &ge5 mass% of powder.SOLUTION: The skin external preparation of an oil-in-water type emulsion dosage form containing 5-30 mass% of powder having the surface which may be lipophilized comprises (1) 0.05-5 mass% of an acyl lactic acid and/or its salt, (2) 0.1-10 mass% of an acylated polyglycerin and (3) 0.01-1 mass% of a sulfate-based anionic surfactant. The acyl lactic acid is preferably stearoyl lactic acid. The powder has a surface preferably subjected to at least one kind of a surface treatment selected from an N-acylamino acid salt coating treatment, a methylhydrogenpolysiloxane baking treatment and a silane coupling treatment with an alkylalkoxysilane.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉体を5質量%以上含有しながら、粘度が低く、以て、使用性に優れる乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤を提供する。【解決手段】 表面を親油化処理されていても良い、粉体を5~30質量%含有する、水中油乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤において、1)アシル乳酸及び/又はその塩0.05~5質量%と、2)アシル化ポリグリセリン0.1~10質量%と、3)硫酸系アニオン界面活性剤0.01~1質量%とを、皮膚外用剤に含有させる。前記アシル乳酸は、ステアロイル乳酸が好ましく、前記粉体は、その表面をN-アシルアミノ酸塩被覆処理、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン焼付処理及びアルキルアルコキシシランによるシランカップリング処理から選択される少なくとも1種の表面処理を施されていることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
