PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative technology for a triethanolamine fatty acid soap in a powder-containing external skin care preparation in a form of an oil-in-water emulsion without decreasing usability and stability.SOLUTION: The external skin care preparation in a form of an oil-in-water emulsion contains an arginine fatty acid soap and a sucrose fatty acid ester, and further contains a powder treated with a fatty acid metal soap or a resin powder or a polymer-coated powder. The obtained external skin care preparation in a form of an oil-in-water emulsion has high safeness and excellent stability even when the powder is present.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】水中油乳化剤形の粉体含有皮膚外用剤において、使用性、安定性を損なわずにトリエタノールアミン脂肪酸石鹸に代替する技術を提供する。【解決手段】アルギニン脂肪酸石鹸とショ糖脂肪酸エステルを含有する水中油乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤で、さらに、脂肪酸金属石鹸処理粉体又は樹脂粉体又は高分子被覆粉体を含有する。本発明によれば、安全性が高く、なおかつ粉体が存在した場合においても優れた安定性を有する水中油乳化剤形の皮膚外用剤を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
