PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treating machine which is capable of improving recovery efficiency at the time of subjecting crushed garbage to a solid-liquid separation and a garbage resource recovery system which does not require handling, etc., and is excellent in convenience by utilizing the garbage treating machine. SOLUTION: A hammer 26 of a disposer 14 is made rotationally drivable around a revolving shaft. An outer blade part and the hammer 26 are so arranged as to partly exist at a specified distance size from the revolving shaft. The hammer 26 is provided with an aperture to permit the passage of the outer blade part. The garbage resource recovery system is composed to have the disposer 14,... and the garbage resource recovery device. The garbage resource recovery device is constituted to have a solid-liquid separator for separating the garbage and moisture transported by a drain pipe and a fermenter which subjects the garbage separated of the moisture by the solid- liquid separator to a composting treatment.
