PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising an enzyme preparation comprising a pancreatic or digestive enzyme, the composition being susceptible to treatment with the enzyme, effective for treating autism, ADD, ADHD, Parkinson's disease, cystic fibrosis, or other neurological condition behavior disorder； and methods of preparation and use of the preparation.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an encapsulated digestive enzyme preparation comprising: a core containing enzyme particles in which the enzyme is present in an amount of about 5 to 95 weight percent； and a lipid emulsifiable by exposure to a solvent. Here, the core is continuously coated with the lipid. There are also provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising the enzyme preparation and a method for using the enzyme preparation.
