The present invention relates to mealworm diet shake and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a mealworm diet shake comprising mixed powder, mealworm powder and protein powder. The mixed powder is made by mixing and pulverizing crispy oatmeal, roasted brown rice and crispy quinoa in the same ratio.
