PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable free from the generation of spark even by applying high voltage from a power source, enabling long distance power transmission and giving electric shock simply by touching with a single wire.SOLUTION: The cable 11 has at least two conductive wires 1, 2 placed close to each other and covered with an insulation member 3 to prevent the contact of the wires, wherein a part of the insulation member 3 is replaced with a conductor 4 having resistance higher than a prescribed level and a part of the conductive wires 1, 2 is connected to the surface of the cable 11 through the conductor 4. The conductor 4 can be produced by mixing a prescribed conducting agent to an insulation member 3.
