PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutritive food which is optimum for supply of various nutrients including biotin of the necessary amount for a patient, an older person or the like requiring nutrition supply.SOLUTION: THere is provided a liquid nutritive food, which is a nutritive food containing a protein, a lipid, a carbohydrate, dietary fibers and biotin-containing yeast, in which the blending amount of the biotin yeast is 1-500 &mug/100 g, the heat quantity of the nutritive food is 0.5 kcal per gram or more, and the viscosity at 25°C is 1,000-42,000 mPa-s.
