PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, in a high yield, a resveratrol extract which does not produce deposition or precipitation, or is reduced in deposition or precipitation, when applied to water or a transparent drink.SOLUTION: An extraction method of resveratrol comprises immersing a container which contains an extraction raw material containing resveratrol and is composed of a woven fabric of a basis weight of 100-120 g/m2 and longitude and latitude placing numbers of 40-60/25.4 mm in water at 70-95°C to extract the resveratrol into the water so as to obtain an extract, removing the container from the extract and removing water content from the extract.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】水、あるいは、透明飲料に適用したときに、澱や沈殿の発生がない、あるいは、澱や沈殿の発生が少ない、レスベラトロール抽出物を高い収率で得る。【解決手段】レスベラトロールを含有する抽出原料が収納された、目付が100g/m2以上120g/m2以下で、かつ、経緯の打込本数が40本/25.4mm以上60本/25.4mm以下の織布により形成された容器を、70℃以上95℃以下の水に浸漬して該水中に前記レスベラトロールを抽出して抽出液を得た後、前記容器を前記抽出液から除去し、次いで、前記抽出液から水分を除去するレスベラトロールの抽出方法。【選択図】なし
