This invention is about a kind of blind guiding cane. A long cylindrical body is featured with voice reception/output end, light strip, a switch, detection end, a database, voice receiver module, voice output module, analysis module, navigation module, detection module and feedback module. Visually impaired person can verbally input the location information through the voice reception/output end. After the information is analyzed by the analysis module, the cane will confirm whether the destination is correct by using voice output. At the same time, the navigation module plans the traveling route by using the database’s blindness electronic map. When the visually impaired person comes to an intersection, the detection module of the detection end detects the body direction for deviation against the planned route’s direction for conformity.
