The present invention provides an apparatus to align and input a drug bottle, comprising: a drum mounted on an upper part of a body fixing frame to receive a drug bottle inside and discharge the drug bottle to the outside through an outlet a fixed disc installed on the upper part of the body fixing frame by means of a bearing member and having a slope with a predetermined angle along an edge of a body to allow the drug bottle inputted to the drum to fall down to a lower part along the slope a drug bottle alignment disc part installed between a lower part of the fixing disc and the upper part of the body fixing frame and segmented into a plurality of plates corresponding to all directions to variably adjust a size of a drug bottle transfer space a driving plate installed on the upper part of the body fixing frame disposed at a bottom of the drug bottle alignment disc part and continuously performing a rotational motion in the drum and a controller controlling operation of the drug bottle alignment disc part and the driving plate part to variably control the size of the drug bottle transfer space in accordance with the size of the inputted drug bottle. As such, since the drug bottle alignment disc, formed of an individual plate member segmented into a plurality of pieces operated by an individual bevel gear, is mounted inside the drum to simply adjust the drug bottle transfer space in accordance with the size of the drug bottle, it is not required to replace a rotary disc for inputting the drug bottle each time in accordance with the size of the drug bottle.
