PURPOSE: An electric heater with sterilization and therapeutic functions is provided to offer a medical function by installing medical infrared, medical thermotherapy and ultraviolet lamps.CONSTITUTION: An electric heater(10) with sterilization and therapeutic functions comprises a base unit(12), a head unit(14), and an adjusting unit(16). The adjusting unit connects the base unit and the head unit. The head unit comprises a fixing frame(40), first/second reflecting plate members(42,44), first/second driving motors, a support bar(52), a third driving motor(54), a ultraviolet thermotherapy lamp(22), a medical ultraviolet lamp, and a medical infrared lamp(26). The first and second reflecting plate members are rotatably installed in the fixing frame. The first and second driving motors are fixed to the inside of the fixing frame, and deliver torque to the first and second reflecting plate members. The support bar encloses a lower circumference of the fixing frame. The third motor is fixed to the adjusting unit to rotate the support bar. The ultraviolet thermotherapy lamp is installed in an opened front side of the first/second reflecting plate members.
