The present invention relates to a medical thermotherapy device. The body of the medical thermotherapy device for performing a heating function is formed in an arch-shaped plate structure having a sliding folding structure. The body of the medical thermotherapy device further comprises an automatic height adjusting unit. Accordingly, a heating area, an installation height, and an installation angle of the body of the medical thermotherapy device can be freely set and changed according to user convenience. By means of customized installation structures having various shapes, a heat transferring function can be performed without being restricted to a specified or limited human body part. Moreover, a volume of the medical thermotherapy device is reduced by means of the sliding folding structure, and thus a series of handling relationships including transportation, installation, and usage can be made to be convenient. To this end, the medical thermotherapy device comprises: a medical thermotherapy device body including a heating panel having an arch-shaped plate structure coupled with the inner surface of an installation frame having an arch-shaped structure, and an operation control unit formed on the front surface of the installation frame and an automatic height adjusting unit connected with the bottom surface of edges in four directions of the installation frame with respect to the medical thermotherapy device body.
