The present disclosure concerns a land leveling apparatus configuredto be towed by a motorized vehicle, comprising a leveling blade with anelongatedblade segment having an earth engaging edge and an upper edge opposed tothe earth engaging edge, and a drawbar assembly including an elongateddrawbar segment having a vehicle engagement at a forward end thereof, alongitudinal blade pulling segment extending rearwardly from the elongateddrawbar segment and having a rearward end, and first and second lateraldrawbar segments extending between the leveling blade and the elongateddrawbar segment； the apparatus further comprises a flexible connectorconnecting the rearward end of the longitudinal blade pulling segment to theupper edge of the elongated blade segment.
