Multiple insertion protrusions are formed on the upper surface, and a short protrusion is formed in the lower part. Also, a fixing protrusion is formed on the upper side of the female thread of the cartridge body. A packing is also installed in the upper part of the lid. An upper end of the packing is attached to the fixing protrusion, and an insertion groove corresponding to the insertion protrusion is formed on the lower surface of the packing. An O-ring is connected to the short protrusion, and the cover is formed of a soft silicon material. According to the present invention, the skin massager can enhance skin care such as pore tightening or swelling reduction by increasing skin massage duration at the same time by increasing the temperature sustenance time of the cooling cartridge. Also, the skin massager can change the refrigerant and improve the sealing force of the cartridge body. So, the skin massager can be used for a long time, and therefore, the skin massager can reduce the burden on consumers.
