The fomentation pack comprises an inner skin pocket (10) capable of accommodating a particular material having a fomentation effect, and an outer skin cover (20) for accommodating and wrapping the inner skin pocket (10). The inner skin pocket (10) and the outer skin cover (20) are made of cotton materials having excellent heat resistance.
