PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound cover sheet made of inexpensive materials and effective in treating a wound such as a bedsore.SOLUTION: A wound cover sheet includes: a porous film which makes contact with a wound a water absorption sheet for absorbing exudate from the wound and a waterproof film for preventing the exudate absorbed in the water absorption sheet from leaking to the outside. Three layers are formed by the porous film which is disposed as the lowermost layer, the water absorption sheet, and the waterproof film in this order. A plurality of longitudinal holes are randomly formed in the porous film by breaking air bubbles generated in a melted resin in a process of mixing a foaming agent with melted resin to generate air bubbles and forming a sheet-like film from the melted resin.
