PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, when changing a photographing object site, achieving an auto-positioning function taking account of a body type of a subject, eliminating the need for a healthcare professional manually, finely adjusting an arm and a top board, and capable of moving a photographing object position to a desired position in a short time without extra exposure of the subject.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus for the circulatory organ can move a top board on which a subject is placed, relative to an imaging system including an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector. The X-ray diagnostic apparatus comprises: operation means for performing an operation in the X-ray diagnostic apparatus calculation means that acquires the relative position of the top board and the imaging system for imaging the subject and calculates the imaging position and control means that, when the photography is finished, calculates a target position for performing radioscopy of the subject using the photographing position as a benchmark, on the basis of an instruction from the operation means.
