PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine which can be easily moved to a prescribed position with respect to a dental chair and surely positioned at the prescribed position so that radiography of a jaw part can be performed in a state where a patient is lying on the back on the dental chair.SOLUTION: A portable X-ray machine comprises: an X-ray tube which is positioned on the side of a dental chair and irradiates the head of a subject laying on the back on the dental chair with an X-ray while rotating around the head a detector which detects the X-ray having transmitted the head while rotating around the head an operation part which is operated by an operator transmission means which transmits the operation given to the operation part position specification means which specifies a prescribed position at the time when the X-ray machine is alongside the chair and fixing means which fixes the X-ray machine to the prescribed position by being locked to the position specification means in accordance with the operation transmitted by the transmission means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者が歯科用治療椅子に仰向けに寝た状態のまま顎部のX線撮影を行うことができるように、その椅子に対する所定位置まで簡単に移動でき且つその所定位置に確実に位置決めする。【解決手段】X線撮影装置は、歯科用治療椅子のサイドに位置付けて当該椅子に仰向けに横たわった被検者の頭部に当該頭部の周りを回りながらX線を照射するX線管と、当該頭部の周りを回転しながら前記頭部を透過してきた前記X線を検出する検出器とを備えた可搬型である。この装置は、操作者が操作する操作部と、この操作部に与えられた操作を伝える伝達手段と、前記椅子に対する当該X線撮影装置の横付けるときの所定位置を指定する位置指定手段と、前記伝達手段が伝えた前記操作に応じて前記位置指定手段に係止して当該X線撮影装置を前記所定位置に固定する固定手段と、を備える。【選択図】図9
