METHOD FOR MULTI-ELEMENT DETERMINATION OF HEAVY METALS IN FOOD SAMPLES () USING A LASER ABLATION SYSTEM COUPLED WITH INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA MASS SPECTROMETRY ()
The invention relates to an analytical method for determining heavy metals in solid food samples. According to the invention, the method consists in drying and mechanically pressing the food sample, using highly pure cellulose, followed by the direct determination with a laser ablation system coupled with an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.
