Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine zur Verwendung für das Verfahren geeignete Vorrichtung um ein Lebensmittel, das ein Hüllelement und darin eine Füllung aufweist oder daraus besteht, herzustellen. Im Verfahren wird eine Füllung auf ein flaches Hüllelement aufgebracht und anschließend das Hüllelement zusammengeklappt, z.B. um eine mittig entlang des Hüllelements verlaufende Biegelinie, so dass durch das Klappen das Hüllelement um die Füllung angeordnet wird und diese umfasst. Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung haben den Vorteil, dass das Hüllelement ohne mechanischen Greifer bewegt werden kann und ohne an der Vorrichtung kleben zu bleiben, zusammengeklappt werden kann.The invention relates to a method and a device suitable for use for the method in order to produce a foodstuff which has a casing element and a filling therein or consists of it.
