PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device capable of properly supporting a puncture in biopsy, an image processor and an image processing program.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging device relating to an embodiment includes first display control means, a specification part, and a second display control part. The first display control means displays a medical image obtained by imaging a puncture object part of a subject on a display part. The specification part specifies at least one puncture object route among a plurality of puncture routes regulated to the puncture object part by a puncture adapter on the basis of the medical image when the puncture adapter is attached to the subject.
