PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI device in which an imaging portion of a subject is displayed with an identical image even if positions of top boards are different between series when images of different series are scrolled in synchronization, and a medical imaging device, a medical image display method, and a program thereof.SOLUTION: The MRI device includes: static magnetic field generation means high frequency magnetic field generation means NMR signal detection means arithmetic processing means for image-converting the detected NMR signal to an image a display for displaying the image-converted image a bed for moving the top board on which the subject is mounted so as to move the subject to a desired position in the static magnetic field generation means top board position acquiring means and means for acquiring a position of an image being an absolute coordinate of the subject.
