The present invention relates to a composition for pre-treatment of lipolysis and lipectomy. More particularly, the present invention relates to the composition for pre-treatment of lipolysis and lipectomy which improves the physical properties of fat accumulated in the body while exhibiting an anti-obesity effect and improves an effect of injection for fat removal or liposuction by lowering the content of cellulite. The composition for pre-treatment of lipolysis and lipectomy according to an embodiment of the present invention contains an extract of Schisandra chinensis and an extract of Diospyros lotus fruits.
