PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification device capable of identifying a type of teeth precisely, to provide a scanner system having the identification device, and to provide an identification method and an identification program.SOLUTION: An identification device 100 includes: an input unit 1102 to which three-dimensional data including the teeth are inputted； an identification unit 1130 for identifying types of teeth on the basis of the three-dimensional data including features of the teeth inputted from the input unit 1102, and an estimation model 114 including a neural network 1142； and an output unit 1103 for outputting an identification result by the identification unit 1130.
