The present invention relates to a respiration training and monitoring device, which comprises a respiration tube, a fluid sensor, and a control unit, wherein the respiration tube is provided with three gas inlet/outlet ports that are in communication with each other and are respectively a respiration terminal, an exhaling terminal, and an inhaling terminal, the fluid sensor is arranged in the respiration tube, and the control unit is electrically connected to the fluid sensor. As such, when a user is using the respiration training and monitoring device, the fluid sensor generates, during a process of inhaling or exhaling of the user, a sensing signal that is transmitted by the control unit to an external electronic device, so that the electronic device can calculate respiration assessment data including volume, flow speed, and pressure during the respiration process according to the sensing signal.本發明係一種呼吸訓練暨監測裝置，包括呼吸管路、流體感測器及控制單元，其中呼吸管路設有三個相通的氣體進出口，分別為呼吸端、吐氣端及吸氣端，且流體感測器設在呼吸管路中，控制單元則是電性連接到流體感測器，如此，當使用者在呼吸訓練暨監測裝置時，流體感測器在使用者吸氣或吐氣的過程中產生感測訊號，並經由控制單元傳送到外部的電子裝置，使得電子裝置可以根據感測訊號換算出呼吸過程中的容積、流速或壓力等呼吸評估資訊。
