The present invention relates to a respiration training and monitoring device, which comprises a respiration tube, a fluid sensor, and a control unit, wherein the respiration tube is provided with three gas inlet/outlet ports that are in communication with each other and are respectively a respiration terminal, an exhaling terminal, and an inhaling terminal, the fluid sensor is arranged in the respiration tube, and the control unit is electrically connected to the fluid sensor.
