The present invention relates to a fruit drink containing protein and a preparing method of the same, and more specifically, to a fruit drink containing protein which is obtained by adding whey protein and water-soluble soy polysaccharide to fruit juice at an optimum mixing ratio. The water soluble soy polysaccharide is added before adjusting the pH to 3.0 to 3.8, and the whey protein is added to produce the fruit drink, thereby preventing protein aggregation and denaturation to exhibit excellent product stability and flavor.
