According to one embodiment, an ophthalmologic apparatus (1000) includes a first measurement unit (6), a second measurement unit (8), and a controller (9). The first measurement unit is configured to irradiate a subject's eye (E) with light from a first light source (61) and detect return light thereof (74) from the subject's eye to measure the refractive power of the subject's eye. The second measurement unit (8) is configured to split (82) light from a second light source (81) into reference light (LR) and measurement light (LS), irradiate the subject's eye with the measurement light (LS), and detect interference light (LC) between return light of the measurement light from the subject's eye and the reference light to obtain at least the spherical equivalent power of the subject's eye. The controller (9) is configured to control the second measurement unit (8) to perform a new measurement based on a measurement result obtained by the first measurement unit (6). The second measurement unit (8) comprises a lens (85) arranged on and movable along the optical path of the measurement light, and a second refractive power calculator configured to obtain the spherical equivalent power based on a movement amount of the lens (85).
