PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgery device which can obtain a high-quality observation image and an optical coherence tomography image of a subject eye without impacting an existing configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgery device includes: an observation optical system; an illumination optical system; an interference optical system; and an image generating part. The observation optical system is an optical system for observing a subject eye through an object lens. The illumination optical system is an optical system for illuminating the subject eye through the object lens. The interference optical system includes a signal light path and a reference light path guided to the subject eye through a deflection member provided between the object lens and the subject eye, and detects an interference light based on a return light from the subject eye via the signal light path and the reference light via the reference light path. The image generating part generates an image of the subject eye based on the detection result of the interference optical system. When the deflection member is placed on an illumination light path, the strength of the illumination light is controlled such that an attenuation amount of observation light is canceled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
