PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve poor blood circulation of a foot, swelling of a foot, contracture of an ankle, and the like caused by a footrest installed in a conventional wheelchair, because the footrest only has a function of placing a foot on a stationary foot placing plate 2 which, in riding on a wheelchair for a long time, has no room for the placed foot to move.SOLUTION: For solving foregoing problems, for the purpose of providing moving stimulus for a stationary foot sometimes during the ride on a wheelchair, a movable footrest plate 5 having a function movable with a motive force is newly added to the stationary footrest plate 2 of a conventional wheelchair having only a function of placing a foot. By making a "combined footrest plate" in which the new and conventional two footrest plates are combined, when a rider of the wheelchair turns on a switch, only the movable footrest plate 5 side moves. With the stimulus thereby transmitted from the sole to the muscles and joints, the foot is relaxed, thus making the footrest of the wheelchair also useful for activation of the foot.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の車椅子に取り付けているフットレストは静止足置き板2に足を載せるだけの機能しかない為に、長時間車椅子に乗っていると、載せている足はその間動くことがない為に、足の血行不良、足のむくみ、足首の拘縮等を促す要因になります。【解決手段】 上記課題を解決する為に、車椅子に乗っている状態で時々静止状態の足に動く刺激を与えてやることが出来るように、従来の足を載せる為の機能しか無い車椅子の静止足置き板2に、新たに動力で動かす事が出来る機能を有する動く足置き板5を追加し、両者を組み合わせた“組み合わせ足置き板”とする事で、乗っている人がスイッチを入れると動く足置き板5側だけが動き、足裏からその刺激を筋肉や関節に伝える事で、足がほぐされ、足の活性化にも役立つ車椅子のフットレストとなる。【選択図】図4
