PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure pint stimulation type body washing mat which can wash down gaps between fingers of a foot, while stimulating the pressure points of the foot only by putting the foot on he mat while standing or sitting down, and putting weight on the foot without using hands.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone rubber mat with projections 3 made by kneading tourmaline and ceramic on the surface of the mat so as to hit the pressure points even from anywhere without caring about positions of the pressure points. Stimulation of the pressure points has effects on recovery from fatigue and stress alleviation.
