PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot placing type electrical stimulator that produces a favorable training effect.SOLUTION: An electrical stimulator includes a foot placing part 12L and a body 16 provided with a first grounding part 26. The body 16 can take a first posture in which one end 16h of the front end 16f and the rear end 16g of the body 16 is located below the other end 16i by swinging back and forth accompanied by a vertical movement of the front and rear ends 16f and 16g in a state that the first grounding part 26 is grounded, and a second posture in which the other end 16i is located below the one end 16h.
