The present invention relates to a compound with the following general formula (I): in which: R1 is a hydrocarbon chain of an unsaturated fatty acid from C12 to C24 including at least one unsaturation and R2 and R3 are, independently or simultaneously: a hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl or a phenyl and R4: a hydrogen atom or COR1, where R1 is a hydrocarbon chain of an unsaturated fatty acid from C12 to C24 including at least one unsaturation, advantageously 1 to 6 and preferably 1 to 4.La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto con la siguiente fórmula general (I) (ver fórmula (I)) en donde: R1 es una cadena hidrocarburo de un ácido graso insaturado de C12 a C24 incluyendo al menos una insaturación y R2 y R3 en forma independiente o simultánea son: un hidrógeno o un C1-C3 alquilo o un fenilo y R4: un átomo de hidrógeno COR1, en donde R1 es una cadena hidrocarburo de un ácido graso insaturado de C12 a C24 incluyendo al menos una insaturación, ventajosamente 1 a 6 y de preferencia 1 a 4.
