To efficiently manufacture sanitary clean textile fiber.SOLUTION: The present invention concretely discloses a system and a method for recovering-utilizing fiber from a waste textile product in a field of recovering-utilizing the fiber. The system includes a first disinfection device, a pretreatment device, a textile classification device, a storage device, a fiber processing treatment device and a second disinfection device installed in the fiber processing treatment device. The first disinfection device, the pretreatment device, the textile classification device, the storage device and the fiber processing treatment device are arranged along a transportation route of the waste textile product.
