PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a near-ultraviolet light LED equipped with a near-ultraviolet LED device capable of safely disinfecting soil without being affected by soil disinfection in a field before planting a plant or during part of growing a plant. A mobile soil agitation disinfection device is provided. SOLUTION: A near-ultraviolet light LED device that is repeatedly used by irradiating a near-ultraviolet light LED light after agitating a field that enables planting of plants to more stably control the filamentous fungi of diseases of soil and culture soil.
