A method of using illumination to increase fertilizer absorptivity of plant, comprising the following steps: (A) inserting two electrodes respectively into the stem and leaf vein of a plant (B) adding liquid fertilizer to the cultivation medium around the plant root and irradiating the plant continuously with light of specific wavelength (C) during the irradiation of light with specific wavelength, using the electrodes to perform redox potential scanning on the plant and obtaining an oxidation current data and (D) selecting the light with wavelength having maximum oxidation current to continuously irradiate the plant. By the addition of liquid fertilizer and irradiation by light with specific wavelength, the oxidation current variation trend in the plant can be measured so as to find out the optimal wavelength range for effectively promoting nutrient absorptivity of plant, which is a novel method for effectively promoting plant growth.一種以光照提高植物對於施加之肥料吸收度的方法,包含以下步驟:(A)將兩支電極分別插入一植物的莖部與一葉片葉脈中;(B)於植物根部周圍的培養介質中施加液態肥料,並接續以特定波長光照射植物;(C)在以特定波長光照射期間,經由電極對植物進行氧化還原電位掃描,並取得一氧化電流資料;及(D)選定具有最大氧化電流之波長光持續照射該植物。透過在施加液態肥料並給予特定波長光之照射後,可藉由量測植物內部之氧化電流變化趨勢,找出可有效促進植物之養分吸收度的最佳波長光波段範圍,是一種可有效促進植物生長的創新方法。
