PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation of a bottom against a users intention.SOLUTION: The human body supporting device has a confirmation part 35 for confirming the false contact or abnormal contact of a contact point of a hand switch 13, and a driving limiting part 37 for limiting the driving control of motors 23, 25, 27 and 29 by a driving control part 31 if the false contact or abnormal contact is confirmed by the confirmation part 35.
