PURPOSE: An air-conditioning plant and a bird exterminating apparatus are provided to prevent the approach of birds to the air-conditioning plant by installing a landing preventive part on the upper side of a supporting frame for the air-conditioning plant or the upper side of the air-conditioning plant.CONSTITUTION: Bird exterminating apparatus for an air-conditioning plant(1) includes a first supporting part(10) and a first landing preventive part(100). The first supporting part is based on plastic. The width and the length of the first supporting part are respectively narrow and long. The first landing preventive part is composed of a plurality of first landing preventive pins(20). Tapered first needles(25) are arranged on the first landing preventive pins and upwardly protruded from the first supporting part. The first landing preventive part is installed on the upper side of a supporting frame(3) fixed to a building or a veranda. The bird exterminating apparatus includes a second supporting part and a second landing preventive part. The second landing preventive part is composed of a plurality of second landing preventive pins. The second landing preventive pins include tapered second needles.
