Provided is a device for the operation and indoor air-conditioning of a storehouses for farm products utilizing building basements, wherein the floor and the vicinity of side surfaces of a basement installed as a building are installed with a natural rock layer or a sand layer, or in a long passage shape in a bedrock layer so that the soil temperature in the bedrock layer can be conducted and circulate into the space of the basement and the soil temperature maintains an adequate temperature over all seasons； an external air intake chamber on the ground surface and an internal air discharge pipe on the roof of the building are used to allow the convective circulation of the internal and external air out of and into a storehouse for farm products in order to operate the storehouse for farm products； and the soil temperature of the storehouse for farm products is subjected to convective circulation into the basement with outside external air so that the basement where the air-conditioning is performed over all seasons can be used as a multi-purpose utilization space.본 발명은 건축물 지하실을 활용 지온을 생산하는 관련시설을 설치하여 농산물저장실을 운영하면서 농산물저장실 지온을 실내로 순환시켜 실내 냉난방을 하는 관련 시설 장치에 관한 것으로,건축물로 설치되는 지하실을 지하실 측면 주변과 바닥을 지반 층 내 지온이 지하실 공간으로 전도 및 순환될 수 있는 자연석 층이나 모래층을 설치하거나 또는 통로형태로 길게 지반 층 내부로 설치하여 4 철 변함없이 적정온도가 유지되는 지온과 함께 지면 위 외기유입 실과 건축물 지붕 위 내기배출관을 이용 농산물저장실로 내외기를 대류순환시키면서 농산물저장실을 운영하고 또한 농산물저장실 지온을 외부 외기와 함께 실내로 대류 순환시켜 4 철 실내 냉난방을 하는 지하실을 다용도 활용공간으로 사용할 수 있는 건축물 지하실을 이용한 농산물저장실 운영과 실내 냉난방 장치에 관한 것이다.
