The invention relates to a device for scaring birds to prevent birds landing on structures, including for support of overhead power lines. The technical result is to reduce the trauma the device for preventing bird landing on structures. Another technical effect is to facilitate manufacture of the device and improving its reliability. An apparatus for preventing birds landing facilities comprises a base with a beam of elastic rods. The base is equipped with a clamp. The free ends of at least a portion of the part of elastic rods are formed with a bend or are provided with a thickening. The free ends of the elastic rods are made with a bend more than 110 degrees relative to the longitudinal axis of the elastic rod, in the form of an open ring. Thickening may be formed as a tip. The elastic rods made of metal or of polymeric material or of composite material. The base has a portion with holes in which the ends of the set of elastic rods. The base is made in the form of external and internal corners. The movable clamp element is located on an external corner, namely, at the outer corner of an opening provided with a thread, to clamp the movable member formed as a bolt. The aperture portion may be formed on the inner or outer corner. The elastic rods can be provided with attenuating elements made in form of polymeric patches or polymer coating on the free ends.
