PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain an maxillary and mandibular relation including a biting state without obtaining biting by inserting a biting floor into an oral cavity.SOLUTION: A biting height and diameter measuring device constituting an maxillary and mandibular relation obtaining set has a main scale part applied to a top of a nose of a subject, and an auxiliary scale part applied to a bottom of a jaw of the subject extending a 80° to 120° direction from one end of the main scale part. A marking member for marking the top of the nose is mounted on the main scale part movably along a longitudinal direction of the scale part, a concave part for spacing apart from lips of a mouth is formed in a part corresponding to the lips of the month of the subject.
