[Problem] To provide a novel type of maxillary and mandibular mouthpiece. [Solution] Provided are two separate mouthpieces (1, 2), namely a maxillary mouthpiece and a mandibular mouthpiece. The maxillary and mandibular mouthpieces (1, 2) are adhesively secured using at least one adhesive piece (3, 31 to 36), and the adhesive piece (3, 31 to 36) allows the maxillary and mandibular mouthpieces (1, 2) to move in a restricted range. The restricted range refers, for example, to the maxillary and mandibular mouthpieces (1, 2) being allowed to move up or down, forward or backward, and left or right within a range of between 1 and 8 mm.[Problème] L'invention a pour but de fournir un nouveau type d'embout buccal maxillaire et mandibulaire.
