PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new substances having a macrophage intrafat drop accumulation-inhibiting action and originated from a microorganism.SOLUTION: Provided is the method for producing new FKI-1746-1 and FKI-1746-2 substances, characterized by culturing a microorganism belonging to genus Aspergillus and having ability to produce the FKI-1746-1 and FKI-1746-2 substances, especially Aspergillus clavatonanicus FKI-1746 (FERM AP-21482), in a culture medium, and then collecting the FKI-1746-1 and/or FKI-1746-2 substances from the culture product.
