The present invention relates to a method for producing a plant capable of producing phytase protein, which includes a step of redifferentating the plant after transforming plant cells by means of a recombinant vector including a gene encoding a phytase protein derived from Aspergillus nidulans. The present invention further relates to a transgenic plant and a seed thereof which are capable of producing phytase protein, produced by the method, and a feed composition comprising the transgenic plants.본 발명은 아스퍼질러스 니둘란스 (Aspergillus nidulans) 유래 피타제(phytase) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환하여 식물체를 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 피타제 단백질 생산 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 피타제 단백질을 생산하는 형질전환 식물체 및 이의 종자, 상기 형질전환 식물체를 포함하는 사료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
