PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like composition for ingestion which contains powder of sparingly water-soluble or water-immiscible hydrophilic and/or water-repellant medicines or the like, is uniform, and excellent in preparation stability, and feel of ingestion.SOLUTION: The gel-like composition is obtained by stirring and mixing a liquid mixture containing powder exhibiting hydrophilicity and/or water-repellency under a reduced pressure. Preferably, the powder has a wetting critical point of &ge10% and &le30% under a condition in which a surfactant may be present, and the pressure is reduced to &le600 hPa (450 mmHg).COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】水に対して難溶性であるか、もしくは非混和性である疎水性及び/又は撥水性医薬品等の粉末を含み、均一で製剤安定性に優れ、且つ服用感に優れる経口摂取用のゲル状組成物を得る。【解決手段】疎水性及び/又は撥水性を示す粉末を含有する混合液を、減圧下に撹拌、混合し、ゲル状の組成物とする。前記粉末としては、界面活性剤が存在していてもよい条件下において、濡れ臨界点が10%以上30%以下であるものが好ましく、また、600hPa(450mmHg)以下に減圧することが好ましい。【選択図】なし
