PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel composition for ingestion containing powders of hydrophobicity and/or water-repellent medicament or the like which is poorly soluble or immiscible to water, and being uniformly, excellent in preparation stability, and having good feeling of administration.SOLUTION: The mixed solution including powders which show hydrophobicity and/or water-repellent powders is stirred and mixed at reduced pressure to obtain a gel composition. The powder preferably has the wetting critical point of 10% or more to 30% or less under a condition in which a surfactant may be present, and preferably the pressure is reduced to 600 hPa (450 mmHg) or less.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】水に対して難溶性であるか、もしくは非混和性である疎水性及び/又は撥水性医薬品等の粉末を含み、均一で製剤安定性に優れ、且つ服用感に優れる経口摂取用のゲル状組成物を得る。【解決手段】疎水性及び/又は撥水性を示す粉末を含有する混合液を、減圧下に撹拌、混合し、ゲル状の組成物とする。前記粉末としては、界面活性剤が存在していてもよい条件下において、濡れ臨界点が10%以上30%以下であるものが好ましく、また、600hPa(450mmHg)以下に減圧することが好ましい。【選択図】なし
