PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles excellent in anisotropic performance with the surface of base powders particles locally and densely coated with a hydrophilic substance, and to provide a method for efficiently producing the particles.SOLUTION: The anisotropic particles are such that the surface of the base powders particles is locally and densely coated with the hydrophilic substance.
