PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-handleable emulsion aerosol composition allowing easy emulsification of an aqueous stock solution and a liquefied gas and causing no stickiness to give excellent sense of use.SOLUTION: In the emulsion aerosol composition including the aqueous stock solution, which contains a surfactant and a powder, and the liquefied gas, the aqueous stock solution and the liquefied gas are emulsified with each other.
